Lurch

Privacy Policy

Effective June 7, 2026

Lurch is operated by C.S. Assets to help signed-in users build a domain portfolio event history from connected Gmail inboxes.

Information Lurch Collects

Lurch stores account profile details, linked inbox records, scan history, Gmail message identifiers, message metadata, extracted domain events and encrypted OAuth tokens needed to access connected Gmail accounts.

Google User Data

Lurch requests read-only Gmail access. It uses that access only to find and index domain-related emails such as registrar receipts, renewals, transfers and expiration notices. Lurch does not send emails, modify Gmail data or delete Gmail data.

Lurch's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How Information Is Used

Information is used to authenticate users, connect inboxes, scan for domain events, display account dashboards, troubleshoot service issues and maintain audit logs.

Data Sharing

Lurch does not sell personal information or Google user data. Data may be processed by service providers that host, authenticate, secure or operate the application.

User Controls

Users can disconnect linked Gmail inboxes in Lurch. Disconnecting an inbox prevents future scans for that inbox but does not delete data already indexed unless deletion is requested separately.
