These terms govern use of Lurch, a C.S. Assets application for tracking domain portfolio events from connected Gmail inboxes.

Use of Lurch

Users may use Lurch to connect Gmail inboxes they are authorized to access and to index domain-related account records for their own operational use.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for keeping their accounts secure, confirming extracted domain data before acting on it and complying with laws, registrar terms and email provider rules that apply to their use.

Service Limitations

Lurch is provided as an operational tool. It does not replace registrar records, payment records, legal advice or financial advice. Lurch may be unavailable, incomplete or inaccurate.

Connected Accounts

Users may disconnect linked Gmail inboxes in Lurch or revoke access through their Google Account settings.

Changes and Contact
